Healthcare is wild—because no matter how drained you are, you still have to show up with energy for someone else. No matter what you’re feeling, your patient’s needs come first.


The kicker? Most of us chose this work because we’re empathetic, so the quality that makes us great at this job is also the one that leaves us exhausted.
